Germany, Europe’s largest economy, is preparing to issue stimulus checks this month. The stimulus is backed by a sweeping financial package worth hundreds of billions of euros, aimed at tech, manufacturing, energy, and transport. The plan includes a 500 billion euro fund focused on climate and infrastructure projects, and another 100 billion euros for economic growth, business tax reforms, and taming rising energy prices.
